Sometimes you have a problem you want to solve in an innovative way or have an idea of what you want but are not clear if it is the right solution. After all, there are a lot of new emerging technologies out there so it's hard to pick the right one to meet your business goal(s).
The Medium Workshop is here to help you figure out the solution for your problem or clarify your idea and vision for the future of your business.
In the first part of the workshop we will help you brainstorm ideas and solutions, then guide you to the realization of which one will work the best.
The second part of the workshop will focus on getting you to your end goal. We will use the backcasting technique to create a roadmap for the idea. It will help you define the right steps to take, avoid mistakes and anticipate problems.
